This warranty is special in as much as our industry only offers a factory warranty.  At NU-CONCEPTS, we wish to make your service needs more personal and expedient.

Coverage for window only:

• All material defects
• Workmanship
• Glass Breakage (Stress Cracks, Seal Failure, Vandalism and Accidental Breakage)
• All labor and materials included
• Siding 1 year for installation defects

Not Covered:

• Interior condensation or water damage caused by such.  Damage to wood caused by leaks other than window failure (Example: Roof leaking or ice damming)
• Wood doors for anything other than installation
• All acts of God (Example: fire, flood, lightening etc...)

Warranty Claims Procedure:

All warranty claims are to be called into NU-CONCEPTS WINDOW CO. at (847)236-9611.  At that time, a service will be set up by our service department at your convenience.
